Our nation India is a country where more than 60 % of the total population depends upon agriculture. More than 70% of the rural population is dependent upon agriculture as their primary source of income. Out of the total, 100% of Indian farmer’s more than 85 % are small and marginal farmers whose land area is less than 2 hectares but owns less than 48 % of the total area under agriculture. These farmers are the real backbone of our country but unfortunately, they are the most sufferers among all. There are many drawbacks and lacking points of our system due to which they suffer the most. Due to the low volume of production, they always suffer from distress sale or failure in the marketing of their agri-produce. To overcome all these problems of farmers a group of highly motivated youths from agricultural backgrounds decided to make a change through the formation of an innovative group called as “ABHINAVAKRISHI”. Our team members include a team of highly dedicated agriculture researchers, progressive farmers, agriculture students, media persons and people from the social service sector.
Our real motto is to bring “Happiness and smile on the face of our dear farmers through promotion of innovative farming practices in a holistic way which will enable them to be highly resourceful in all aspects of their life.”
